Biography
Drew E. Bartlett is a graduate of the University of Maine and Roger Williams University School of Law. While at Roger Williams University School of Law, Attorney Bartlett was a member of the Roger Williams University Law Review and Honors Program. He additionally served as a Teaching Assistant for Contract Law, Property Law, and Criminal Law. Attorney Bartlett also served as Research Assistant focusing primarily on the corporate Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination. While at Roger Williams University School of Law, Attorney Bartlett was selected to participate in the Corporate Counsel Externship and Business Startup Clinic.
Attorney Bartlett represents various members of the New England construction industry, including contractors, suppliers, and owners, and has extensive experience litigating complex construction disputes in Massachusetts courts. He regularly handles matters traversing both the public and private construction sectors. Attorney Bartlett routinely obtains successful outcomes related to motion practice and is highly skilled with respect to multifaceted discovery. He also routinely coordinates intricate expert analysis to assist clients in litigation.
Attorney Bartlett advises clients with respect to regulatory agencies and related state entities. He handles matters pertaining to DCAMM certification and has represented clients against Attorney General actions. Attorney Bartlett is experienced navigating the Massachusetts Building Code and related issues. He represents and counsels clients concerning mechanic’s lien and payment bond rights.
